Cuba Radar is an independent OSINT (open-source intelligence) platform that monitors protests, arrests, power outages and internet disruptions in Cuba. Every 30 minutes it analyses nine independent outlets, the Unión Eléctrica daily report and Cloudflare Radar data, and plots each event on an interactive map of Cuba's 16 provinces.
