Cuba Radar rastrea eventos políticos, sociales y de infraestructura crítica en Cuba en tiempo real, usando medios independientes y fuentes abiertas. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer visibilidad sobre lo que ocurre en la isla con datos verificables y actualizados.

Wat betekent OSINT?

OSINT (inlichtingen uit open bronnen) is informatie/intelligence uit open, publieke bronnen. In Cuba Radar wordt elk event opgebouwd uit verifieerbare artikelen en data, met bronvermelding.

¿Qué hace Cuba Radar?

Agrega, estructura y geolocaliza protestas, arrestos, apagones y disrupciones de internet para explorar por provincia, tipo y tiempo. El objetivo es claridad y trazabilidad, no opinión.

¿Cómo se actualiza?

El pipeline corre cada 30 minutos. Relee fuentes, detecta duplicados y actualiza electricidad (UNE) e internet (Cloudflare Radar).

¿Cómo funciona?

Nuestro pipeline automatizado escanea fuentes de noticias, RSS y redes sociales cada 30 minutos. La inteligencia artificial extrae, clasifica y geolocaliza cada evento. Los resultados se muestran en el mapa interactivo en tiempo real.

Fuentes y atribución

Cuba Radar is OSINT (inlichtingen uit open bronnen): het geeft prioriteit aan open, traceerbare bronnen. Bij elk event proberen we relevante bronnen te tonen. Als je de data hergebruikt, vermeld Cuba Radar en link naar het event en de originele bron waar mogelijk.

Limitaciones

Al trabajar con fuentes públicas, pueden existir errores, duplicados o cambios posteriores. Cuba Radar no garantiza cobertura total ni veracidad absoluta en tiempo real, pero sí transparencia y mejora continua.
